Abu Dhabi Police discussed ways to promote cooperation with the British University of Salford, regarding its rehabilitation programs for juveniles.
Brigadier Ahmed Mohammed Nehkairah Al Mahrami, Head of Human Rights Department, Chairman of the Juvenile Care Center’s Steering Committee, met the University of Salford’s work team, who were selected from several international institutions, to provide their knowledge and professional expertise to the center’s staff members and enable them to leverage the latest methods adopted in juvenile rehabilitation.

The Community Police Department at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters (GHQ) showcased its volunteering experience in police work, as a part of the sixth Emirates Volunteering Conference, which was held in conjunction with the Abu Dhabi Social Responsibility Forum. The conference took place on Monday morning, at the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) in Abu Dhabi, and was attended by 44 government and private institutions.
