To Release Fatou Camara For Now!
Fatou Camara was supposed to be released by the NIA, but Jammeh Musa has given instructions that she should be kept there for the time being, the Freedom Newspaper can reveal. There is no adverse evidence found against the television celebrity. Jammeh has told one of his aides that he wants to disgrace Fatou Camara to a point that she would be reduced irrelevant once she walks out of the NIA premises. Jammeh has even bragged that he can detain Fatou Camara as far as he wants and nothing will come out it.
According to NIA sources, Fatou Camara will soon be released, but with condition. She is likely to be charged. Jammeh just wants to waste her time—going back and forward to court. Jammeh has even given instructions for Fatou Camara to be yanked out of the GRTS. Her Fatou’s show program is no more. Someone is going to fill the slot with a different name, our source said.
The NIA has hinted that Fatou Camara is privy to a lot of state secrets and therefore Jammeh is increasingly worried about letting walk out scot free.
“Fatou Camara is privy to some of Jammeh’s secrets. Jammeh used to have a lot confidence in her. He confides to Fatou privately about his regime and other confidential stuffs. She knows a lot about! Fatou risked being secretly poisoned by Jammeh’s agents. More noise should be made about her case before she risks being secretly poisoned. Jammeh is very mad at her. Jammeh personally told our agents to continue to hold her even though the investigations into her case are complete. I met Fatou Camara during the weekend. She has started losing weight,” said our source said.
