FAIS is an event organised by Suguba, a regional platform focusing on enterprise development for “missing middle" entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs led by youth and women. Suguba main objectives are to build robust entrepreneurial ecosystems in Francophone Africa and to foster regional integration in the region.
FAIS will be held on the sidelines of the Afrique Excelle accelerator programme, an initiative by the World Bank, the Tubaniso Agribusiness and Innovation Center, the Italian Cooperation Agency for development, VC4A, Suguba, and Sahel Innov.
FAIS will feature content edge content on early-stage investment, entrepreneurship and profile the most disruptive technology start-ups in Francophone Africa.
