Record and payment dates for Kemira’s second dividend installment of EUR 0.29 per share
The Board of Directors of Kemira Oyj has at its meeting on October 24, 2022 decided, on the basis of the authorization by the Annual General Meeting 2022, on the record date and the payment date for the second installment of the dividend of EUR 0.29.
The second installment of the dividend will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the shareholders' register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date October 27, 2022. The dividend payment date is November 3, 2022.
The Annual General Meeting 2022 held on March 24, 2022 approved the Board of Directors' proposal of EUR 0.58 per share for the financial year 2021 to be paid in two installments. The first installment of the dividend of EUR 0.29 per share was paid on April 7, 2022.
