Proposal to the President of The Gambia

Gambia

Dear Mr. President,

I had written to the first lady during the month of Ramadan hoping that the message would bring something positive from your end but I didn’t get any response. However, I got a lot of emails from Gambians and even a tourist supporting the proposals and idea I had in mind to plead with you. To be honest, I also got cautionary advice from family members to be careful and stay out of your way. Mr. President, I don’t think that am standing in your way but all my efforts are based on peace, reconciliation, and growth for the Gambian people. After hearing of your arrival in the United States, I couldn’t exclude myself from traveling to New York to meet you and hand you this proposal in good faith. I never heard you say that you don’t want to meet with a Gambian who cares about our future. So although risky not knowing how you would feel or react, I believe that you actually want solutions to certain problems and have answers to our questions.

Yahya Jammeh Orders GRTS’SLamin Manga To Train Ramatoulie Jabbie Of Ministry Of Finance To Takeover Fatou Camara’s Fatou’s Show Slot!!!

Jammeh Musa never ceases to amaze us. He is an interesting character. Jammeh has finished working on Fatou Camara’s replacement. Guess who is going to fill the Fatou’s show spot? Ramatoulie Jabbi. Mrs. Jabbie studied Finance and she works at the Ministry of Finance. She is the wife of one Mr. Jabang, the son of Juka Jabang, the former Managing Director Management Development Institute (MDI).

GRTS Director General Lamin Manga has been instructed by Jammeh Musa to train Ramatoulie Jabbie even though she is not television material. The only fancy thing about her is about her beauty. She is a beautiful light skin lady and she fits Jammeh Musa’s criteria.

A scientific study conducted by the government has revealed that “The prevalence of HIV-1 is higher in older women 25-49 years compared to younger women, 15-24 years. Prevalence in older women was consistently higher except for 2008. A trend analysis of the data, however, seems to indicate that the prevalence is declining in the older women’s group and increasing in the younger women, 15-24 years.” The scientific findings hinted that more and more young Gambian women are living with HIV, the virus scientists say causes aids. Fajikunda, a locality situated in the suburbs of Greater Banjul Area, accounts for the highest rate of  HIV infection in this revealing scientific report.

WORLD LEADERS INFORMED OF GAMBIA’S GAINS ON MDG

Tuesday, October 01, 2013

Just about two years before the 2015 Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) deadline, countries including The Gambia have been taking stock of their gains and challenges, using the 68th General Assembly of the United Nations to showcase what has and not been achieved.

In fact, the 2013 MDGs Report on Africa’s performance reveals mixed results.  Africa’s substantial progress toward many goals, targets and indicators is beyond doubt, but serious challenges still remain, especially in translating economic growth into decent job opportunities, improving service delivery and minimising income, gender and inequalities.
